Crimped Flan 11"w Top Hat & LB Very popular in the sixties, these crimped flan sets are making a comeback. The tins have a separate loose base and an interchangeable special 'top hat' or raised sponge base.
These tins are silver anodised, which means the surface is chemically altered to produce a silver,smooth, easy clean finish with the aluminium core "sealed in".
These tins will develop a patina with use which helps with the release properties.
Not diswasher safe. Wash in warm soapy water and use a nylon brush.
